(hereinafter, the DATA CONTROLLER) makes this document available to users in order to comply with the obligations set out in Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), as well as to inform all users of the website about its terms of use.
Anyone who accesses this website is considered a user, and by doing so agrees to observe and strictly comply with the provisions set out herein, as well as any other applicable legal provision.
The DATA CONTROLLER reserves the right to modify any information that may appear on the website, with no obligation to give prior notice or inform users of such changes, publication on the website itself being deemed sufficient.
2. Intellectual and industrial property
The website — including, among other things, its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, as well as its designs, logos, text and/or graphics — is the property of the DATA CONTROLLER or, where applicable, is used under an express license or authorization from its authors. We reserve the right to modify the commercial offer at any time (prices, products, promotions and other commercial and service conditions). These changes will not, under any circumstances, affect purchases already made and confirmed by email, except in the case of a computer error.
Prices shown for European Union countries include applicable VAT, so there is no additional surcharge.
The price shown does not include shipping costs, which vary depending on the destination country.
Prices for countries outside the European Union do not include VAT. Upon receiving the package, the customer must pay the corresponding customs taxes and surcharges, which can be checked with their country's customs offices. If the customer refuses the purchase once the package has been received, they will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any taxes or customs charges applied, and the cost of returning the package to our offices; this amount will be deducted from the refund. We are legally required to declare the exact value of the package's contents and cannot alter it.
After the order is submitted electronically, a screen will be shown with the order number confirming that it has been placed correctly; we recommend saving or printing this confirmation, as well as keeping the automatic email sent with the same details. We may refrain from processing orders that do not offer sufficient guarantees of solvency, that are incomplete, or whose products are not available; in such cases, we will notify by email that the contract has not been concluded, detailing the reasons.
If the problem is detected after the order has been submitted and paid for, the amount paid in advance will be refunded.

During the ordering process, personal, billing and delivery details will be requested and stored in our database in order to process the order and facilitate future purchases. This data can be viewed and modified in the "My Account" section. It is important to provide accurate details to avoid confusion with shipments.
Once the transaction has been accepted, the order number will be displayed on screen; this should be kept in order to track the order, make a claim in case of loss, or cancel it.
